NASHUA, N.H. — Today, Governor Kelly Ayotte accepted endorsements from the following law enforcement associations at a joint endorsement event in Manchester:
- New Hampshire Troopers Association
- New Hampshire Police Association
- Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Employees Union
- Manchester Association of Police Supervisors
- Manchester Police Patrolman’s Association
- New Hampshire Fraternal Order of Police
“New Hampshire is the safest state in the nation thanks to the men and women in law enforcement who protect and serve their communities each day, and I’m honored to have endorsements from law enforcement associations across our state,”said Governor Ayotte. “We fixed the broken bail system, restored the retirement benefits our first responders were promised, increased penalties for refusing DUI testing, and more, and I look forward to continuing that important work together.”

How Governor Ayotte is Keeping New Hampshire the Safest State in the Nation:
- Successfully passed a bipartisan law to fix New Hampshire’s broken bail system and shut the revolving door for violent criminals.
- Signed laws to protect victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
- Strengthened drug enforcement efforts and closed the DUI test refusal loophole.
- Restored retirement benefits for first responders.
- Supported a cancer screening program for firefighters.
Earlier this month, the Ayotte campaign launched a more than 150-member “First Responders for Kelly” coalition, further highlighting the Governor’s commitment to keeping New Hampshire the safest state in the nation. The Governor has also received endorsements from the New England Police Benevolent Association (NEPBA) and the Professional Fire Fighters of New Hampshire (PFFNH).
